The Restaurant General Manager oversees all operational aspects of a fast-food QSR outlet, emphasizing transformational leadership and team management. Responsibilities include managing costs, labor, customer relations, and promoting the business within the community. The role requires at least three years of GM experience in similar settings and willingness to undergo out-of-town training.
We are looking for a General Manager for our restaurant! We are a fast-food (QSR) outlet looking for true leadership to take the reins of our store. Candidates should practice servant leadership, be progressive, transformational leaders, and be team players. Training will be for 2-3 weeks out of the area.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a GM for a QSR restaurant with Drive-Thru
- Transformational leadership style
- Team player who thrives on feedback
- Ability to train for 2-3 weeks out of town
- Strong financial acumen
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the team with integrity and consistency
- Manage COGs and Labor according to budget
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Promote the business in the community to build and develop sales
- Other duties as assigned
