About The PositionPT Home Health Shift: 5X8 M F 8am - 4pm Daily Caseload per tech: 5-6 units Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Possibly after interview CERTS: BLS BJC policy: approx every 6th weekend and 2 holidays with NO Call Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): No Open to accommodating block schedule? NA Locals accepted: (Y/N) Yes Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) No RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days; provide requests and BJC will determine if able to approve or choose another day if possible. Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: Department - BJC Home Health in Glen Carbon, Il., consists of a Multidiscipline Team, Geriatrics and middle age, no pediatric patients. Patient Dx - Ortho, cardiac, neuro, pulmonary, Diabetes, other. Case management skills, independent, time manage and organizational skill, patient centered goals, supervising PTA, Team Player, knowledge, professionalism, communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude, provide excellent quality care.
