BC/BE fellowship trained Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a well established, hospital employed Heart & Vascular group with 6 Cardiologists (Interventional, Non-Invasive, CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery) and 6 NP's.
Schedule: 7a - 6p. Monday - Thursday. Friday 7a to 12 noon.
Coverage: 1:3 weekends and 1 night / week (paid coverage)
Benefits:
Base salary:
- Option : Base salary of 590k (50 %tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience, guar for 2 years. Can be switched to a RVU production contract when exceeding target.
- Option : Base salary of 725k (75 %tile MGMA) guar for one year and then switched to a RVU production model.
2-year contract also includes:
- 29 PTO days.
- Additional 5 days PTO when producing 75 %tile RVUs

- Health: physician pays small premium
- Incentives up to 10 % of salary
