Requirements:
- Graduatefrom an approved Nurse Practitioner school.
- NursePractitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing.
- ValidArizona Registered Nurse license.
- ValidArizona Advanced Practice license.
- ValidDEA certificate.
- CurrentBasic Life Support certification.
- Certificationin CPR and AED through American Heart Association or Red Cross guidelines.
