Schedule: Monday Friday, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Up to $250,000 annually, based on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Russian-speaking Primary Care Physician to join our interdisciplinary team within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Springfield, MA. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centered primary care to an elderly population, supporting their health, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary care provider for PACE participants, delivering comprehensive medical care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Conduct routine and acute visits, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate specialty care as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the PACE interdisciplinary team (nursing, social work, rehab, behavioral health, and others) to develop individualized care plans.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and care plan reviews.
- Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate care to Russian-speaking participants.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed (if applicable).
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; Geriatric certification is a plus.
- Active Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Fluency in Russian required; additional languages a plus.
- Experience with geriatric care, long-term care, or PACE programs highly preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
