Job Opportunity: Endocrinologist in Pueblo, CO
Join a dynamic team in Pueblo, Colorado, where we are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to enhance our established outpatient practice. Our facility is dedicated to providing specialized support for adults dealing with diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and osteoporosis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding outpatient care to a diverse patient population.
- Manage a busy clinic schedule, seeing about 15 patients per day.
- Utilize ultrasound capabilities within the clinic.
- Collaborate with a team that includes the upcoming addition of a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).
- Employ EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
- Focus on permanent placement (not accepting Locums candidates).
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
- Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean malpractice history preferred.
- DEA License required prior to start.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
- Board Certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
- Active medical license in Colorado.
- DEA license to be acquired before commencement.
