An established and community-focused outpatient clinic in beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent position starting Fall 2025.
Position Highlights Monday Friday schedule, 8 AM 5 PM
Full-time (32 hours patient care + 8 hours admin time)
Manageable patient load ( 14 patients/day)
Call ratio 1:11 phone-only coverage
No weekends required!
Collaborative, team-based care environment
Must live within 1-hour commute; not open to dual employment
Compensation & Benefits- Guaranteed Base Salary:$230,000/year
- Bonus Opportunity: Up to $20,000/year in quality incentives
- Sign-On Bonus:Negotiable

Requirements- Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active Vermont Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA & BLS certifications required
- Clean malpractice history
