- Comfortable with night shifts and ~19 patient daily census

--Staffed with Advanced Provider support (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) coverage daily
--7 on, 7 off shifts, block schedule
--Average patient census per day = 19
--Ample moonlighting opportunities
