We are seeking an ABEM/AOBEM physician for a locum position to provide emergency department (ED) coverage at a teaching hospital. The role offers flexible shift options (9- & 12-hour shifts) with no on-call requirements. The ED operates at a trauma level 3 facility with a patient volume of 33,000 annual visits.
Key Details:

• Physician Coverage : 1-2 physicians during the day, 1 physician at night
• APPs : 1-2 Advanced Practice Providers with supervision required
• EMR : Cerner Powerchart (until June), transitioning to EPIC
• Trauma Level : 3, 250 beds, with a patient transfer rate of less than 3%

Job requirements:

• ABEM or AOBEM required
• Active IA license or IMLC
