Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant III / Financial Accounting Analyst III to join their finance team. As an integral part of the finance department, you will support the preparation of financial statements, conduct complex financial analyses, and ensure the accuracy of accounting records. Job Title: Accountant III / Financial Accounting Analyst III

Location: Meridian, ID

Pay Range: $50 hourly

What's the Job?

  • Perform advanced financial accounting and tax-related activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, insurance industry reports, and tax filings
  • Research and interpret complex accounting guidance related to investment and financial matters
  • Compile and review financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation

What's Needed?

  • Experience: 5 years of public accounting experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Licenses/Certifications: CPA
