Refrigeration Technician Supervisor Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supermarket refrigeration role
• Strong working knowledge of/experience with HVAC, Refrigeration, preventative maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Strong time management
• Experience leading a team of at least 4 techs
• Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
• 15% overnight travel
• Driver's License with a clean driving record
• EPA license
• Strong communication skills
