A global investment firm in New York City is actively seeking an analytical and driven professional to join their staff as their new Vice President of BDC Portfolio Analytics. In this role, the Vice President of BDC Portfolio Analytics will monitor, track, and analyze BDCs performance at the investment and portfolio level.

This is a hybrid opportunity that will require three days within the office.

Responsibilities

The Vice President of BDC Portfolio Analytics will:

• Prepare monthly portfolio reporting and fact cards for public dissemination and update presentation materials
• Create and update client portfolio reports (monthly/quarterly); prepare ongoing and ad hoc investor data requests, fund performance queries, and reports
• Ensure the ongoing quality and accuracy of performance reporting
• Assist with the managing of investment portfolio data and related data governance and data integrity processes
• Support the Investor Relations/Business Development team with ongoing client/consultant servicing and fundraising efforts

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth understanding of the Private Credit Market
• Familiarity with key metrics and reporting for BDCs
• Demonstrated understanding of credit and financial markets
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance
• Proven leadership skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
