Seeking a full time BC/BE Family Medicine Provider
Well-established team of full-time clinicians including behavioral health psychologists
EPIC EMR
34 patient contact hours per week
Phone call only to be shared among all clinicians
Passion and interest in rural health is a plus
Clinic offers a full range of primary care, including chronic disease management, pediatric care, childhood immunizations and obstetrical care
