General Manager Responsibility

• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team
• Train, coach, and develop team members to consistently deliver brand standards
• Create a positive, motivating work environment people want to be part of
• Lead team meetings and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Ensure every guest receives quality food, friendly service, and a clean restaurant
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning issues into wins
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and overall experience

General Manager Expectations

• Manage food cost, labor cost, scheduling, and payroll
• Forecast sales and adjust operations to meet business goals
• Analyze P&L statements and build action plans to improve performance
• Execute local marketing initiatives and catering efforts to grow sales
• Ensure all recipes, procedures, and brand standards are followed consistently
• Oversee equipment and facility maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
• Manage inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks accurately and on time

General Manager Skills & Experience

• Previous Fast Casual experience
• Strong people leadership with a passion for coaching and development
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and drive profitability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
