The Opportunity

• Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Providers will be cross credentialed at Adventist Health Bakersfield, Adventist Health Specialty Bakersfield, Delano Regional Medical Center, and Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District.

The Practice

Adventist Health Bakersfield - Bakersfield, California

Delano Regional Medical Center - Delano, California

Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District - Tehachapi, California

Adventist Health Specialty Hospital - Bakersfield, California

• Annual volume of approximately 9,000+.
• Daily census is between 20-40 patients.
• Sub-specialty backup includes cardiology, hospitalist, ICU, nephrology, and neurology.
• Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation.
• Additional resources include 24/7 x-ray, CT, US, and MRI.
