OSF Healthcare seeks a board-certified or board-eligible General Cardiologist to join its Cardiovascular Institute in Danville, IL, providing clinic care and hospital rounds with referral ties to a regional medical center. The full-time role includes shared call (1:3), opportunities to cover shifts across a 17-hospital network, EPIC EMR use, visa sponsorship, and a salary range of $440,000–$582,082 plus benefits and incentives. Required licensure, DEA registration, eligibility for federal programs, and malpractice participation are required; benefits include paid vacation, sick time, malpractice coverage, CME, insurance, retirement, and relocation assistance.

- OSF Healthcare s Cardiovascular Institute, a group of 50+ cardiologists serving the central Midwest, is looking to add a General Cardiologist to the practice in Danville, IL
- Enjoy the work/life balance that comes with our community cardiologist position that involves running the clinic and performing hospital rounds with referral to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Bloomington, IL
- Opportunity to pick up shifts at one of our other 17 hospitals, if interest aligns with structural, EP, interventions or STEMIs
- Call is shared equally at 1:3
- The OSF Cardiovascular Service Line, with headquarters in Peoria, IL, works in conjunction with 17 area hospitals and 9 clinics to provide the most comprehensive services available for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.

- Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $440,000 $582,082.
- Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) to practice medicine in current state. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
