• Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/30/2025 – End: 2/28/2026)
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,750 – $1,800

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend/holiday as needed
• Completion of all onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, health screenings, competency testing)

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
