As a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will support complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the company's strategic objectives. Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $100 per hour
What's the Job?
- Partner with PMO leadership to define, implement, and document standards and best practices for integrated planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, high-level integrated master schedules that connect multiple program and project plans into a cohesive view.
- Manage change control processes for the integrated master schedule to ensure alignment and adaptability.
- Analyze program schedules to identify, monitor, and visualize the critical path, dependencies, and resource constraints impacting company objectives.
- Collaborate with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and leadership to provide analysis, tools, and coaching to ensure schedule alignment and risk mitigation.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business-related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in program scheduling, integrated planning, or technical program management within complex hardware/software environments.
- Deep expertise in critical path methodology (CPM) and schedule risk analysis.
- Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
