- Desired start date: ASAP.
- Schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in OR, 1 flex day.
- Clinic: Average 8 to 12 patients per day, with additional patients from 3-4 PA
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC.
- Practice setting: Inpatient, outpatient, clinic.
- Not open to 1099 candidates for this position
- Not open to visa candidates for this position
- Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
- Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working towards Board Certification within 4 years) or Board Certified in Neurosurgery - REQUIRED
- CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
