Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) Location: Louisville, KY

Shift: Multiple openings – Day and Night shifts available
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Pay: $2,300/week (Travel Package) or $55/hr (Local Rate)
About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) to provide respiratory and pulmonary care for pediatric patients in a long-term care facility. This role involves managing respiratory equipment, performing assessments, and delivering therapy under physician direction.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patients for respiratory and psychosocial changes.
- Perform diagnostic tests and assist in determining treatment options.
- Administer respiratory therapy and manage pulmonary equipment.
- Educate patients and families on lung diseases and breathing disorders.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes promptly.
Requirements- Current RRT or CRT license in state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable).
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
Vaccination Requirements- Titers required: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B.
- Standard vaccines: Tdap booster, annual TB test, flu vaccine, COVID-19 (declination form if declined), pneumococcal vaccine (declination form if declined).
