Physician & Clinician - NP/PA
Job Details:
• Join a fun, collaborative team of 14 physicians, 4 genetic counselors, 11 APPs, and 35 other team members who are willing to help each other accomplish patient goals• Women's Health and Infertility experience preferred• Performs surgical assistance duties in addition to other job responsibilities• NP/PA typically works independently and consults with MD; paired with an MD for OB care• 0.8 FTE position at the 1st Street Building• Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (variable)• 100% clinic work - No Call• Estimated procedures per day: 2• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills• Works both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals• Provides health care to individuals and families across age ranges• Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention• Requires high level of customer service skills• Education requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program• NP requirements: Current RN licensure and NP licensure in appropriate state, CPR certification, national certification in applicable area• PA requirements: Current PA licensure in appropriate state, CPR certification, national certification• Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
