Opportunity:
Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray
Job Details:
• Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities
• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment
• Submit and transmit X-Ray images to Radiologist for interpretation
• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and transport into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams
• Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-Ray images
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to Cardiologist for interpretation when required
• Scan exam related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch and management
• Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients
• Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment
• Physical demands include pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs of equipment 16-24 times per day
• Must maintain required state licenses and ARRT Certification
• Valid driver's license required
• Weekend work based on case load and may constitute overtime if needed
• On-call responsibilities discussed at interview
• No guaranteed hours
• Assignment duration default is 8 weeks as standard
