Job description
StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a private, high-performing dermatology group in Missouri (MO) to recruit a Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to anchor and scale a busy skin-cancer program. You ll operate within a proven Mohs platform featuring an on-site lab, in-house dermatopathology, and a seasoned surgical team built so you can focus on surgery, reconstruction, and outcomes.

Compensation: Competitive base as an advance against % of net collections, with in-year bonus advances and a year-end true-up; top performers have reached up to $1.6M total compensation (dependent on schedule, case mix, payer mix, and reconstruction complexity).
Clinical infrastructure:In-house Mohs lab & dermatopathology for rapid reads and tight surg-path collaboration
Efficient ops:Scribe + MA coverage, multiple rooms, optimized patient flow
Relocation: Assistance available case-by-case

Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon (ACMS preferred) or demonstrably experienced Mohs surgeon
Strong reconstructive skill set (flaps/grafts); optional cosmetics if desired
Standard 4-day schedule (flexible) with autonomy to shape pace and case mix
Board-Certified/Eligible in Dermatology; MO license or eligibility
Patient-first, team-oriented communicator; collaborative with pathology and clinic staff
Visa options:J-1 and TN considered
