Locums Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology Call Spokane, WAWhy This Role

• Long-term ongoing need with consistent inpatient cardiology coverage
• Opportunity to practice advanced heart failure medicine within a transplant-focused service line
• Well-supported multidisciplinary cardiology team with established workflows
Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Schedule consists of one full inpatient week per month
• Shift runs Tuesday 7a to Tuesday 7a
• Night call may require return to the facility
Clinical Details
• Advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology coverage
• Inpatient rounding and consultative cardiology services
• Average daily patient volume ranges from 5 to 13 patients
• Beeper call with a 20-minute response time
• Epic EMR used for all documentation
Requirements
• Board Certified in Cardiology
• No specific state license required to bid
• Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure preferred
• Active ACLS and BLS required
• Demonstrated experience managing advanced heart failure patients
Compensation
• Rates: Facility is accepting bids
