Our client, an in property management, is seeking a Site Maintenance professional to join their dedicated team. As a Site Maintenance, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the daily operations of apartment communities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Site Maintenance

Location: Palm Desert, CA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: AM Mon - FRi

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas
• Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance issues
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs as needed
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
