Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with 4-6 nights call per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month. Guaranteed 8 hours per day. OT applies after 9 hours per day. Job Setting: Telehealth - Hospice Types of Cases: IDT, consultation and med consults, telehealth visits, CTIs. Physician weeknight calls include admits and symptom calls on complex patients for crisis visits or GIP admits. Weekends can be busy with high number of admissions and complicated patients. Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Highly prefer Hospice Board Certification. If FM or IM, MUST have ample experience in hospice work.
