The Southern Regional Area Health Education Center is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Eligible Child Abuse Pediatrician to serve as Medical Director for a regional child abuse evaluation center and the SR-AHEC Specialty Medicine Center. The role includes outpatient and inpatient evaluations for child abuse and neglect, participation in local child advocacy and community child fatality review, and teaching responsibilities within the Family Medicine Residency program. Candidates with strong pediatric clinical skills, especially in child abuse pediatrics, are preferred, with competitive compensation offered.
