Your New Role

  • Lead crews and manage civil construction projects from mobilization to completion in Valley, NE, with 100 percent nationwide travel

  • Enforce and document strict safety compliance across all job sites

  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors

  • Manage inspections, permitting coordination, and ensure all jurisdictional and project requirements are met

  • Conduct planning meetings and pre-project site reviews to ensure readiness and execution efficiency

  • Track and report daily progress, deviations, and scope changes using company data systems

  • Maintain strict quality control standards for structural concrete foundations, layout verification, rebar placement, and embeds

  • Manage crew timekeeping, travel logistics, and project-related expenses within defined budgets

  • Plan and coordinate mobilization, routes, permits, and equipment readiness

  • Operate and oversee heavy equipment and construction processes as needed

  • Communicate consistently with operations to ensure alignment on schedule, cost, and performance

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, concrete, or related field operations

  • Proven experience as a superintendent, foreman, or crew leader managing field teams

  • Strong knowledge of structural concrete, foundation work, layout, and construction standards

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and engineering specifications

  • Experience with safety compliance, reporting, and documentation standards

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments

  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide full-time are required

  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and material logistics

  • Comfortable using digital reporting tools, data portals, and field documentation systems

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles and equipment
