- Open ICU with eICU coverage for night shift and a 24/7 onsite hospitalist group as well
- On call for procedures only (Typically 10 days a month)

- Must be BE/BC in Pulmonology
- Will accept out of state physicians willing to get licensed in AR
- J1 and H1B Visa Sponsorship
- Compensation:
- Base - $485,000
- Quarterly production bonus
