This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work in a variety of settings, providing care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics. The role is based in a float pool, covering multiple esteemed facilities including a Level 1 trauma center, and requires proficiency across a wide range of anesthesiology procedures, with a particular focus on obstetrics and pediatrics. Key Details: Schedule: Day shifts with options for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. Workdays start at 7 am and continue until cases are completed. Physicians are released incrementally as the surgical schedule allows. Contract Length: 6 to 12 months, starting as soon as credentialed. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive anesthesiology services across a spectrum of surgical procedures. Collaborate with other anesthesiologists and CRNAs to ensure optimal patient care. Manage patient care for a diverse population including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Participate in a supportive team environment within a high-volume hospital setting. Requirements: Board Certification in Anesthesiology. State license required: will license if qualified for the temporary license Current ACLS and BLS certifications. DEA certification required. Proficiency with Cerner EMR system preferred.
