This permanent family practice physician role in Ohio offers competitive guaranteed salaries with bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits including CME, retirement plans, and malpractice insurance. The position is based in a well-equipped, not-for-profit hospital outpatient care setting with multiple specialized departments and teaching opportunities. Physicians have options for production-based contracts after initial guarantees and loan repayment programs, along with a two-year contract requiring a non-compete agreement.
BENEFITSSalary Range:Option : Base salary of $189,000 (for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded)Option : Base salary of $236,000 (75%tile) guaranteed for one year and then switched to production contract. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded)Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days).
