• Provide nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, stroke, or chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans focused on restoring functional independence.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress and response to therapy.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and case managers.
• Assist patients with mobility training, self-care activities, and adaptive techniques for daily living.
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals, safety measures, and long-term care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, manage wounds, pain, and medical equipment as needed.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
• Promote patient motivation, emotional support, and adherence to rehabilitation programs.

Must be comfortable floating MedSurg/ER Department Must have NH or Compact State RN License Must have BLS AHA Must have experience with IV
