Job Title: Quality Tester 

Location: Jackson, MO 

Pay Range: $15.25 $15.75 Per Hour 

Hours: 7 am - 7:30 PM  7 PM to 7:30 AM 

Schedule: 3 and 4-day work week, with a 3-day weekend every other week  

Are you passionate about quality testing? Our client in Jackson, MO, is seeking a Quality Tester to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the quality assurance department, supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to adhere to safety regulations, aligning with the organization's values.  

What You Bring to the Job: 

• Proficient computer skills, including excellent knowledge of Excel spreadsheets  

• Advanced math skills  

• Ability to weigh, measure, and read scales  

• Strong attention to detail  

• Capability to perform inspection testing  

• Collaboration skills to work successfully with other team members

• Pass an assessment test required for job placement  

• Follow safety regulations  

• Pay close attention to detail  

• Work 12-hour shifts  

• Lift up to 40 lbs  

• Stand in one place for 2-3 hours at a time
