Primary Care Physician Position Summary: Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the quiet and quaint, southern New England town of
East Lyme, situated on the I-95 corridor on the coastline in southern Connecticut.
Position details: - Role : 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)
- Location : East Lyme CT
- Schedule : Full- or Part-time, weekdays only, 4-day work weeks offered
- Teaching : optional with faculty appointment
- Phone Call Only : average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight 2 months
- Offerings: Loan Repayment Support, Uncapped Incentive, Sign-on, Relocation
