About the Group: Ear, Nose and Throat Practice

Location is based in an excellent part of Atlanta, GA
Private practice founded in 2002.
Provide conservative and surgical ENT care
Currently 1 ENT physician, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 7 employees.

About this role: ENT Practice Ownership

This is not an employed position. The current Owner/Founder of the practice is retiring and seeking a sale of their practice.
New Physician would be purchasing the practice, patient base, and equipment
Current Physician is willing to operate and execute the transition on the purchaser's timeline.
This group provides ENT care including evaluations, allergy injections, medication management, and surgical procedures.
Candidate must be able and willing to perform Nasal/Sinus procedures - Balloon Sinuplasty, Endo sinus surgery, etc.
Clinic Patient Volume typically 18-25 patients per day. Mixture of Evaluations, Injections, and Follow Ups.
Determine your own working hours and time off. Very Minimal patient calls during weekends or off hours.
Perform procedures at the local Hospital System and Ambulatory Surgical Center.

Background Desired: Otolaryngologist (ENT)

Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Ability to hold and maintain Georgia State Medical License
5+ years of experience preferred
Desire to own and maintain an established ENT practice in the Metro Atlanta area
Desire and ability to perform ENT related procedures
