RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work evening shift, 3x12 hour schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 1:1 patient ratios in 23 operating rooms operating out of 18
• Call requirements include 2 primary and 2 backup calls over a 2 month call period with rotating self-sign up opportunities Monday-Friday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• Float requirements as needed by facility
• Minimum 1+ years operating room experience required
• Travel experience and certifications preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only
• Work with various equipment depending on specialty
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Care for patients across multiple specialties including neurology, urology, oncology, gynecology, robotics, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, OMF, and general surgery
• Dress code requires light blue scrubs provided by facility
• Must demonstrate professional and enthusiastic attitude with willingness to participate in all aspects of patient care and teamwork in perioperative areas
