Passionate and experienced Sous Chef needed for a high-volume, fine dining, scratch kitchen at an iconic New Orleans restaurant located in the French Quarter. Amazing company with great benefits and lots of opportunities for growth.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
- Maintain quality food and service always
- Maintain a clean kitchen that is always compliant with health guidelines
- Food ordering and help with food and labor costs
- Staff scheduling
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a scratch, fine-dining or upscale-casual kitchen
- High-volume experience
- Understands quality and helps uphold standards
- Hands-on leadership mentality
