Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide patient care that meets or exceeds the standard of care for oncology
- Perform patient care duties according to the specialty and site schedule
- Maintain the volume of care as defined by oncology standards and site of care
- Engage in effective, professional collaboration with all members of the healthcare team
- Adhere to professional expectations as outlined in relevant handbooks, agreements, and medical staff bylaws
- Role model values and professionalism, fostering a psychologically safe workplace
Additional Information
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree (or equivalent international education) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited graduate medical education program in oncology is required
- ABMS or equivalent AOA Board Certification in oncology preferred
- Active Nevada medical license (or in process) is required
