The Endocrinology Physician provides diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders primarily in outpatient settings. This role requires board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, completion of relevant medical training, and a focus on community or rural health. - BC/BE in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
- Part-time permanent position (full-time also available)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship.
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and osteoporosis.
- Outpatient/Ambulatory Care
- Participate in call coverage for outpatient endocrinology as needed (minimal or no inpatient call).

Preferred Experience:
- Experience or interest in rural or underserved community health.
- Familiarity with managing complex endocrine conditions in outpatient settings.
- Interest in telemedicine is a plus, as the clinic may extend virtual services to remote patients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $206,000 - $340,000 (full-time)
- Hospital employed status (not-for-profit hospital)
- Negotiable salary; guaranteed base with incentive package
- Benefits include occurrence malpractice, individual and family health care insurance, CME/professional dues, paid time off, disability coverage, retirement plans, and more.
- Electronic Health Records: EPIC
Hudson, New York - Located in the upper Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York, 2 hours north of NY City and 30 minutes south of Albany, NY.
