The sous chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations within a multi-unit restaurant group, focusing on quality and service. This hands-on role demands experience in scratch kitchens and a strong hospitality orientation. Sous Chef Requirements:
- HANDS-ON Chef with a background in multi-unit concepts used to systems and routines
- Reports to the Executive Chef and General Manager
- Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time
- Experience in quality scratch kitchens
- Proven prior tenue in position
- Professional image & demeanor
