Law & Motion Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and California Bar admission

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal research and motion practice, particularly in employment law

• Demonstrated ability to draft persuasive legal memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs

• Strong command of legal research tools and the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory guidance

• Work closely with trial attorneys to develop arguments that shape litigation strategy and drive case success

Law & Motion Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:

• Previous experience in plaintiff-side employment law is highly desirable
