Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesCHI Joseph Medical Group in Berea, Kentucky, is currently recruiting a Family Practice APP to join our established practice. The Providers in this clinic care for patients with a full range of health and wellness services:
- Annual wellness exams and sports physicals
- Care for all acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Care for chronic illnesses like asthma, diabetes and hypertension
- Diagnostic services, including lab work, vision and hearing testing, blood pressure monitoring and more
- Preventive care, including personalized consultations and health screenings
- Well-child exams, including immunizations for newborns to adolescents
- Seasonal support for allergies and the flu
Practice Highlights
- Practice currently consists of 2 MD's, 1APP, CMA's and support staff
- Out-patient only

Basic Responsibilities:
- Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
- Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.
- Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.
- Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
- Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.
- Function as an effective clinic team member.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.

Pay Range$40.00 - $65.00 /hour
