NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS – HARD STOP- MUST have strong LIVER, HEART, LUNG & KIDNEY TRANSPLANT experience reflected on skills checklist
- DO NOT submit without transplant experience
- Must have experience putting organs back into the new patient (not procurement only)
- Must be proficient in MISONIX / CUSA
Position Requirements- Position/Specialty: RN – Operating Room (Transplant RN)
- Years of Experience Required:
- 2 years direct LIVER/TRANSPLANT OR RN experience required
- 18 months minimum required, 2 years preferred
- First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
- Pending License Accepted: Yes
- Locals Accepted: Yes – Same Rate
- Float Within Scope: Yes
Certifications (Must Have at Submission)- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
No certs pending accepted
On-Call Requirements- 1 on-call shift per week
- (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month
- Nurse manager will discuss during interview
