Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide outpatient endocrinology care with additional inpatient responsibilities
- Manage a patient load of 16-18 adults per day, ranging from age 18 through the lifespan
- Address complex cases with a focus on diabetes control
- Collaborate with office specialists, medical assistants, registered nurses, and advanced practice providers
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
- Demonstrate strong general endocrinology knowledge in clinical decision-making
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Endocrinology required
- Must hold an active Ohio medical license or be eligible through IMLC LOQ
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience working in busy practice settings preferred
