• Clinical Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (4 Days/Week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active South Carolina license required
• Board: NBCRNA
• DEA: Required
• CSR: South Carolina CSR required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
• Other Qualifications: Clean background required; mandatory vaccines

• Provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases
• Participate in scheduled shifts and home call coverage
• Collaborate with anesthesia team and surgical staff
• Document all encounters in Epic EMR
• Adhere to facility policies and patient safety standards
