The Restaurant Manager leads and supports restaurant staff, including Unit Managers and Chefs, to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing P&L, recruiting and developing talent, enforcing health and safety standards, and driving sales growth with a customer-focused approach. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, compliance knowledge, and extensive experience in casual dining management with full-service bar operations.
Overview: Provides the leadership, direction and support to Unit Managers, Chefs and employees in the successful operation of the restaurant. Performs duties as assigned by the Airport Operations Manager.

Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Experience: 2-4 years of general management in casual dining -w/ full service bar
- Background in people supervision, business management, communication and listening skills
- Business Acumen: Strong P&L management skills and a growth-oriented mindset
- Leadership: High-energy, outgoing personality with a track record of developing top talent
- People-First Mentality: A natural coach who thrives on building and inspiring teams
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to delegate with good follow through
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, local alcohol and safety and security procedure

- Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours. ▪ Able to reach, bend and wipe
- Strict adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
- Able to hear guests’ or staffs’ needs in the midst of loud background noises.
