We are seeking a motivated and reliable Senior Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, transferring products between warehouse locations, stocking inventory, and performing general warehouse duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.

What you will do:
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment
Transfer products between main and storage warehouses
Receive and put away inventory accurately
Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records
Identify and resolve recurring stock-out issues
Drop off and pick up parts/materials from vendors
Coordinate repair and restocking of used parts
Evaluate items for stock vs. non-stock status
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE
Provide excellent internal customer service and promote teamwork
Physical Requirements
Frequent: Foot and hand use, reaching, sitting, standing, lifting up to 60 lbs
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (we can help through our free GED works program!)
Ability to read and understand instructions and measurements
Basic math skills, and computer skills.
Forklift operation experience
Minimum 6 months experience in Warehouse or related field
ISO experience or training preferred
