Interviewing Family Medicine physicians to join an Indianapolis, Indiana FQHC with 15+ physicians and 7 sites. The group is looking for an Associate Chief Medical Officer who is mission-driven and has a passion for serving the underserved.
Opportunity Highlights
- The position would involve 3 to 4 days of clinical practice and 1 to 2 days of administrative responsibilities.
- Administrative duties to include: Peer and APP Review, workflow optimization, and coaching/mentoring.
- Strictly outpatient setting.
- 1:10 phone call, call schedule.
- eClinicalWorks EMR.
Financial Package
- $275K to $300K compensation + productivity incentive + comprehensive benefits (malpractice- no tail required, health, dental, 401-K with match, etc.)
- $25K Signing bonus
- Federal loan repayment is likely. HPSA score = 21. Up to $50K in assistance.
