We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from a program accredited by the APTA.
Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience or comfort treating outpatient orthopedic and general outpatient populations preferred.
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 12–16 patients per day with up to 3 patients per hour and 40-minute treatment sessions.
Comfort working in an environment that includes aquatic therapy, occasional pediatric cases (not required), athletic and first responder patients.
Willingness to work clinic hours and participate in flexible scheduling options, including rotating schedules to allow extended blocks of days off while maintaining a 40-hour workweek.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills and community engagement interest.
