Outpatient Physiatrist / Spasticity Specialist - Botox Expertise

Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Center South Burlington, VT

An established Orthopedics & Rehabilitation Center in Vermont is seeking a physician with expertise in spasticity management using Botox. This is a flexible, outpatient opportunity within a collaborative program serving patients across the region.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Only no inpatient or call responsibilities
• Flexible Scheduling 2 full clinic days per week, 3 weeks per month (8a5p)
• Specialty Flexibility Physiatry, Neurology, or Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology background) all considered
• Strong Support RN & MA clinic team, Epic EMR
• Collaborative Environment join a well-established rehabilitation program

Requirements:

• Board Certified in relevant specialty
• Active BLS certification
• Prior Botox/spasticity management experience required
• Independent practice capability (no supervision required)

Bonus Skills:

• EMG experience and broader physiatry coverage welcome
